Role of technology in Freedom of Learning

Welcome to the next article of this series 'Role of Tech in different aspects of Life'. Here we will talk about simplification in learning procedure due to technical development.

Think of a long ago, the world without computers, PC's, Smartphones, etc. We can't imagine this situation which was a reality of life, about 50 - 100 years back.

If you want to learn a particular skill, you have to approach the teacher to his place of living. You have to stay there to complete your education.

Though the useful gadgets was discovered after some time, but was unapproachable for a common man. Fortunately now a days as the India is a developing Country, these gadgets are becoming more & more approachable for a common man as well.

Technical advancement & digital modification's in learning procedure have simplified the learning of skills. We can learn what we want, at any time, at any place only with the help of a small plate sized gadget known as smartphone. 

Now an important question arises, are we using it ? Are we taking it's advantage or not ? 

If we will think about it in depth, we will see two important problems, now we will discuss these two one by one & talk about the solutions.

1 ) Lack of awareness : Some people are not using this great opportunity of learning due to lack of awareness, even they think that it is harmful for them & their children, as it distract them from their work. 

Actually this is not true. Distraction is present in mind, not in external things. I know so many brilliant students who are the toppers of their field & they use it. If someone is clear about his goal, nothing can stop him.

It is true that so many students are wasting their precious time by the misuse of technology, but we cannot blame technology for it. 

Infact, technology is helping children to grow, to learn faster, to grab opportunities, etc.

2) Poverty : This is the catagory of  people who cannot afford smartphone. We should help them guy's, after all, all the kids in our contry will form the future of our Country. Companies are also trying to make cheaper smartphones, for the people who cannot afford expensive.

Finally we may conclude that technical advancement have brought a revolutionary development in the field of education & learning, only we have to learn it's proper use.
